Root Help, my ascend won't go into recovery...

My ascend, by metro pcs, is acting up, I have rooted it, and I have RM and theres a new CWM out for ascend thats supposed to be on RM. But I don't know how to use it, how do I boot into recovery and how do I use the CWM, no I'm not trying to get a custom Rom Mod. There are none out.

there is one out but to boot into recover hold up volume + call button and just tap power button

im havin a similar problem wen i try to go into revory mode the buttons are flashing and its says " firmware update one of two unpacking, update failed." the only way to turn my phone off is too pull out the battery and when i try to turn it on it gets stuck at the metro logo and wnt go any further....help?

and wen i try to go to the boot loader by holding volume up + end + call and tapping the power butto the screen is pink. i have no idea what to do

Zak...I'm still up...but not for long.

Take your battery out and leave it out for at least five minutes. Then put it back in. It sounds like you are going to have to Flash back to Stock.

Look in the Forum for the new thread on how to do a Hard Reset. You may have to do that first.

Just keep trying. Everything doesn't always work the first time.
