Root Help! My EVO V isnt being recognized by usb?!

Hello I was attempting to root my phone and when I was getting the token for it it asked me to update my RUU or something and when it did it said it failed and now my computer wont recognize my device! It still charges but thats about it... Any ideas? PLEASE HELP

Give the pc a reboot and reinstall drivers?
