Root Help! Optimus V stuck on Recovery screen after data reset.

what can i do to fix it. i just want stock rom on it. i don't remember rooting it so i don't know what this has come up. anyways how do i get the stock rom on there?

i get a android with a triangle with a exclamation mark in it with the following options

-reboot system now
-usb-ms toggle
-backup/restore
-flash zip from sdcard
-wipe
-partition sdcard
-moutns
-other
-power off

help!

Did you try the reboot system now option?
Check to see if you have a nandroid back up or a zip to install.
Or download the stock zip on this forum plug your phone into your PC mount USB in recovery in mount USB restart phone install stock zip restart phone

i have the same problem...if you restore a back up and reboot it takes you straight to recovery..the # sign come out for cmd...so yeah some works...can you guys help me plz..
