HELP!!! Phone is Bootlooping!!!

Hey Jedi. I haven't forgotten you. I'm still looking but the only thing I've found is for the Galaxy S3. That's a shame because it looks so easy. Its here, but you have to change settings that aren't on our phone.
 
Jedi, did you ever get anywhere with this? I finally found a little more info yesterday. The files, "nv_data.bin", "nv_data.bin.md5", are apparently not on the SGH-T989 or they are so well hidden no one knows where to find them. I haven't been able to find any specifics on what to do about a 'null' return without those files.
