Help HELP PLEASE: Android running really slow and buggy on HTC HD2! Here is the build...

I just bought an almost new HTC HD2 with Win 6.5 and Android installed on the SD card. The problem is that Android is running really slow, clunky and buggy.

Below is the version of Android on this phone. Can anyone please tell me by looking at the data what the problem might be?

- Version: 2.2

- Baseband version: 15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14

- Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-38116-g3af9a39-dirty

There is not enough information there to really help you out at all. Sorry.

Best thing to do is to turn off the phone, pull the SD Card, backup the Android folder, put a new build on there (in a folder named android) and reboot to see if it's any better.
