Help please asap

ok i have now done that and the phone has nothing on accsept for the stuff that comes with the phone i now have 138mb spare. so now i want to get all my apps back and i used titanium backup and i chose to back up apps and data is it safe to get them all back or should start fresh as it will install all old data back to phone ?
 
Restore a couple manually and check.quick system info before and after to check its working.

Be careful with titanium, not to restore system files
