Help Help please! Huawei Ascend won't let me add widgets!!!

Turn off phone. Press volume up, send key, and power. Release all after the phone vibrates. Using trackball choose wipe data/factory reset, select yes. Next choose wipe cache partition, and select yes. After that, choose reboot phone.

I have had my ascend for 2 months & my widgets have never worked. I even took my phone to cricket & they did a hard reset & told me it was weather bug. I just removed shazam and my widgets work! Thank you!

They really should take Shazam off the market until the developer gets it fixed. It seems everyone has probs with it! Did you try Sound Hound? It works great.

It's a music recognizing program that I really like. It does the same thing that Shazam does but it doesn't mess up your phone.

My post lost its point. You were supposed to say me. Remember the shazam thread about shazam causing problems and I said, " Try Soundhound. The free version has unlimited tags unlike the free version which has very limited tags." Then you replied something along the lines of, " That's great! I will try it out."
