Root HELP Please!!!

For some reason I had low memory so I went into my SD and deleted a few files. Apparently I deleted something I shouldn't have (( Now when I turn the phone on it just goes in the htcIncredible page and nothing! What to do I do?

Do I need to copy and past some files to my SD or what?

Have you created a nandroid backup in the past?

Yes. I tried doing those backups but it just goes right to the htcincredible boot and thats it.

When trying to recover in Clockworkmod it says... sd-ext.img not found. Skipping restore of /sd-ext/.

That part is normal. So you're able to access clockwork, then you try a nand restore and then what? Does it say it's restoring? Is it successful but then it still hangs at bootup? Need any and every detail you can provide. Rom, kernel, overclocking? etc.
