I am new to the entire rooting concept, my issue is that my battery life honestly SUCKS with this phone, I use it frequently but was wondering what the best settings were for it to maximize performance and battery life? and i would like to know what can i do to stop the lag is there some to do bout the CPU or KERNEL?

You need to root the phone first. Then flash the #2 rom which has a stock kernel that's slightly tweaked.
This will give you the best battery life. I get 16 to 17 hours with moderate usage. I can get a day and a half if i lay off the phone a good bit.
To ensure the best battery life your phone needs to be in deep sleep with the screen is off, meaning nothing needs to be running while the phone screen is off. Brightness needs to be at 30%. Orientation and all animations off.
Get juice defender ultimate, it's 5.99 i think, but it will give you x1.7 extra on your battery when set up right. Well worth the money.

do this but please read twice to make sure you know how to do it its really not hard just follow directions. also if your on zvd you dont have to update

Im rooted and yes also updated i did dat by following the same video, now the problem is my phone is laggy and even i have juice d. Its not helpin it keep sayim "memory low" i just wanna know how to flash a rom and to do the kernel things i dont knoe nothing about that...thank you for taking time 2 reply!!!

make sure you download a rom made for zvd put it on your sd card in internal o external doesnt matter boot into cwm and flash thru there same thing with kernals
