i need help so i installed the froyo-toe on my huawei ascend for metro pcs and for some odd reason i get a force closing on beautiful widgets when i try to download the skins and it wont let me download the quickmark QR scanner that i had on the 2.1 also appplanet always has its force closing at times wtf is going on.

try running "fix permissions" in cwm recovery. the TOE rom has a few issues. it's pretty much been given up on afaik.

dump the toe, and get cm6 it is also 2.2 but way better, and you want have to worry bout uim error or FC's.
