Help Help retrieving a lost number!

Android Enthusiast
I have a friend whom I frequently contact whose number I didn't save out of sheer laziness. I cleared my call log just now and to my horror realized I didn't save their number anywhere.

As luck would have it I now urgently need to contact them and have no means of doing so aside from waiting for them to call me.

Is there any way possible to retrieve a frequently dialed number that has not been saved to contacts after clearing my call log?

Sign into Gmail.com on your PC.

Open contacts:

1OIPL

Restore contacts:

1OITE

Select how long ago:

1OIUt

If that fails, hopefully he/she shows up in Most Contacted or Other Contacts:

1OIVS

Unfortunately retrieving the number using this message didn't work. However for anybody else reading this trade in the future that's not to say this method won't work for you.

Thank you for your time Sammyz!

Metro keeps track of your monthly calls, you might be able to call and have them retrieve it for you.. but it may co$t

Is it worth $1.00 to you?

Go to your on-line Metro account > usage > unlimited call usage. You can change it for $1 a line to get detailed call log by your date range specified.

On my blackberry I had an app called dexrex that backs up all of your texts with their number. It sure saved my *** when I didn't save a customers number.

Also there's funambol (now known as onemediahub). Honestly, I'm not sure if either app will backup your call logs.

Titanium Backup _may_ do this, its the most well-known backup app.

Hopefully this will help you out in the future.

I didn't know that metro has that call log feature! Why can't they put all of their co switch features together on one page!
