Root [HELP] Rom Problem

What's up !
The first thing i thought of was to, just factory reset and go on with the device as it is 
But then if you really want to risk it, ( anyways its screen is going to get off after some time
)
You can try flashing the CWM recovery from the adb ! and then try a fresh download of stock or any other ROM and try flashing it

i tried factory reset from RZ recovery(wipe all option)
nothing worked
as power button is broken i cannot use CWM
but anyhow i tried installing rom manager and restoring nandroid from there, it worked but after that too i cannot flash any other rom
it is always stuck on mmx logo(10-20 minutes)
and i dont have nandroid of stock rom..:\
