Help: Root + Sd recognition, SGS2

So should I just do again all the procedure previously done with odin and so on following the guide I posted before but using a new CF?
And should I use this one:
CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-PROPER-v5.4-CWM5.zip (use also for LPE)
or the one you posted:
CF-Root-SGS2_XW_OXI_LPF-v5.5-CWM5.zip ?

Because in the forum where chainfire posted these kernels there is also written this suggestion:
"Help! Which file do I use ?
Go to Settings -> About phone -> Kernel Version. Note the string present there:

2.6.35.7-I9100XXKG1-CL349526

What matters most (KG1) in this case, is in bold. Try to find the matching file under downloads:

CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_KG1-v4.1-CWM4.zip "

Edit: my LPQ should be similar to LPE, so I will go for this:
CF-Root-SGS2_XW_OXX_LPE-v5.5-CWM5.zip
and hope well..

Thank you, really, I have had much support from you and I will try to help others as I can, hoping this issue of mine will be useful to someone.
Tonight I will try to do the root again, then I will let you know how it went :) if you have other advices about how to root again an already rooted phone please let me know

Yep.

That's why I needed to know the exact method you used to root. Since you already flashed the XX_XEO_LPQ kernel from the GalaxyS2Root website, that's what your phone will display, so you'd just be doing the same thing. Since you said that you did not flash any custom ROM, then your build should be indicative of what was there prior to your rooting. That's why XW_OXI_LPF file is what you wanted in the first place.

That was supposed to be for before you rooted. Since you have already rooted using a different kernel version, then it's going to show you that. You want a kernel that matches the original stock kernel most closely.

It's done, I flashed the new version of the kernel and now everything works fine and my sd is read properly :D just like dread said you helped me resolve my problem! Amazing forum guys, thank you so much, really, thanks lunatic :D:D:D
