Help Help! Stuck on HTC logo bootscreen

Hi good people.
Really need some help here.
I rooted and flashed DeFrost 6.1a a few days ago, everything was fine. Yesterday I was surfing the web while charging and it crashed. It rebooted itself but got stuck on the HTC green logo screen. Only way out of it is to remove the battery.
I can get into HBOOT and Fastboot, but no Recovery.

I've searched around a bit and apperently I have to flash an official RUU, so I got the latest 2.29. The problem is, when I launch the RUU it doesn't see my phone. I have all hboot drivers installed (did it to root) and the screen says "Fastboot USB" when I plug the cable.

Can anyone please help? I'm starting to get a little scared.

the screen should say hboot usb when connected
you should click power to go to bootloader

however i think something else is going on here. there maybe a hardware problem, defrost is pretty stable and wont kill itself

I get hboot usb when I'm at the bootloader. But shouldn't it be in fastboot to flash the RUU?

Oh damn... Hardware problem? How can I find out?

edit: IT'S ALIVE!

theres no way to directly find out
does the RUU see it when booted into bootloader?

you could try the pb99img.zip method

download it from shipped-roms
place it on sdcard and boot to bootloader, it should ask to apply it
