is this sd card from a different phone? one of those id's will not work if they are from a different phone(even if it was another og evo).

the bds-XXXXXX are your nandroid backup. the numbers represents dates and times of when you made them. the one with the 2013 looks like the most recent one.

ok ocn i think the 2013 is the latest i backed up the phone after we did that long rerooting prob i was having and when you got me up and running i backed it up

If I understand all your post all three of these backups were put on this card when it was used in another phone. If that's the case you wan't be able to use any of the three to restore a fully working rom.

I have unlock bootloader! But I don't have a recovery mode it show a red triangle , it say E: can't open/ recovery/ command can you please help me

You need to use a PC36IMG file. The file needs to be on your sd card and you need to flash it via the bootloader.

Did you have recovery before? How did you root your phone?

Well only I did the HTC dev site only unlock bootloader I bought this phone from a guy so I only wanted to rooted half , yes I can go into the bootloader when I try recovery I get a triangle with a message cant open / recovery/ command

Well you will need a recovery.....use this guide http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all...mies-guide-gingerbread-edition.html.......use the htc dev method.....just skip the unlocking part and go to getting recovery for instructions.

When i try to put on SD card I get this "1 interrupted action" , remove the write protection or use another disk

You may have to put the sd card itself into the computer, then change the security settings for the card.
Right-click on it > Go to Properties > Click Advanced tab > Security > Change the Write Permission to Allow.

The other option is to format it, but you will lose any files on the card, so be sure to copy all the files to a folder on the computer. Then after formatting, move the files back:)

Ok I got everything done but I notice hotspot don't work did sprint put stop to that ! Do you know any good tether app or links

Well, as I don't use any tethering apps, or tether for that matter, what I can suggest is a couple things.
Boot into recovery and clear cache and dalvik cache.
That may help depending on what errors you are getting....speaking of which, what error messages do you receive when trying to tether?

The other option, is I can look around to see if another tether app will work:)
Or, flashing MikG3.11 rom has a hotspot baked into it.

I believe in the guide that Ocn linked, has the procedure to flash the rom and a link for it.

Was your hot spot working prior to flashing the recovery and superuser?
