Help all,

My wife complains her Hero on Sprint is too slow and she hates it.

What can I do to speed things up. Currently it's unrooted. I have an HTC EVO and she says trade me! My Evo is rooted.

Will rooting speed things up? The thing really is slow compaired to my Evo.

Well, I hope the Hero is slower than the Evo, lol

Yep, rooting will help for most things. You should already know this if you've rooted the Evo
