Welcome to Android Forums, Linda!

Questions are better asked in the device-specific forums, so I've moved this to the Desire HD section.

If you go into "Mail" and then Menu->More->New Account, you should be guided through the set-up. Once you've entered the email address and account password, the rest should be automatically detected. Is this not working for you? If not, it might be because Sky settings aren't yet known by the wizard, in which case you do need to enter them manually.

But I think we need to know what you've tried and at what point things go wrong before we can offer specific help.

You need to know the settings sky use for mail servers etc. Is this page helpful ... How to set up Outlook Express on Sky Broadband .... ?
