Help Help with Memory.

I got my Evo 2 weeks ago and have been downloading alot(bad habit) and i have noticed that 57% of my sd card is full so i started uninstalling apps and they were gone from my phone but i didnt lose memory!! What am i doing wrong please help?!?

when you move apps to sd card, you are not really moving all of the apps from your phone. only parts of the apps actually get moved. things like data and grphics and such will get moved but the rest of the apps will remain. that is why when some apps that have widgets will not work when you move them to the card. so by uninstalling them will only help a little bit.

do you have a lot of text messages? try getting some cache cleaners from the market.
