Help Help With Optimus V

i activated my phone earlier today and i can browse the web/send and receive calls but i can't send or receive text.

i have talked to tech support 4 different times and they reset my phone 3-4 times as well.

please help me you guys.

phone is stock btw.

Sometimes it takes a couple of days for everything to work. Text is part of the service on their end. If it still doesn't work after a few days and they can't get it to work on their end, exchange the phone.
