Root help with porting ROM needed

Help from devs needed

Im trying to play with android, im trying to port a rom to my admire i did the kernel module changes and everything but i keep getting error 7 about the build prop eventhough i edited it any about what exactly to do with the build.prop or it could be another problen thanks in advance

got cm7 ported from ascend on my admire but no data wifi and some more bugs

any devs willing to help me on fixing some bugs
 
I might could be able to help you out. I ported a few ROM's for the Optimus M. But from what I've seen, the Admire is alot different than the M, but I'll still try to help you out.

i used the android kitchen i just did the basic stuff change kernel modules, but right now changing some files the same for cm 7.2 attempting to get data and wifi to work maybe the problem is very simple

was wondering where i could fine some stuff on java and c++ how to use them....been thing about getting in to modding and porting for a while been messing with phones for a few yrs with rooting flashing cwm and abd the lil stuff like that any help would be greatly appreciated
