Help help with the PRL

Metro just gave me prl 3031 on both my connects and it terrible.i barely have 1x and i have never even seen 1x on em til the prl change.so with the $70+ bill i pay,i need to get 3026 back.does a factory reset ,reset prl?cause i cant figure qspt.can anyone help out,cause callin metro dont work

No a reset does not change the prl. I'm 98% positive on that.

You can downgrade back to wat ever prl you want just follow the instructions
