Root Help..

Well I am pretty sure my Ally is screwed on this one. I have fixed it once before, but I can't seem to do it this time. I have a rooted Lg Ally running the new Velocity .3 ROM and TURBO 4 kernel. The phone will not boot into recovery at all. I have tried thousands of times. The phone will not factory restore. When I try to do either of these things the phone always gets stuck at the LG boot screen. Any ideas?

can you get past the lg boot logo during a normal boot? and are you rooted?

yeah i am rooted and yes on a normal boot i can do everything
