Help help

Ik bought a Verizon HTC with Google Droid Eris and I paid a little extra for them to flash my phone to cricket (at the cricket store) so then I get my phone n I leave then I find out I can't use the internet at all.. at first I couldn't even use my phone for a while bcuz whoever it was that did my phone didn't do it right.. but then I got it fixed. But anyways I also found out that I guess it onli got half flashed so now I'm tryna figure out how to full flash it so I can have internet. I just wanna do it myself if its possible.. can anyone help me? I know longer have cricket, I have virgin mobile but i would like to go back to cricket. I also had another question.. is there anyway to flash my Droid Eris over to virgin mobile? Bcuz I would jus do that..?! Any feedback would b much appreciated!
