i need help with my samsung galexy ace, i cannot acess the market.

Welcome to the AndroidForums, Lucie!
There's probably a few things you should check (if you haven't already):
1) Do you have a valid Google Gmail account setup on the phone (Settings -> My Accounts)?
2) Can you verify that you can login to the Gmail account from a PC? (this will verify your password, etc., is correct)
3) You could try clearing the Market cache (Settings -> Manage applications -> scroll and select the Market app -> Clear cache); I suppose clearing the data might help, too, but I'd just try clearing the cache first.
