Root Help

I bought an HTC incredible 2 off of craigslist. Awesome phone. I had it flashed to cricket worked great for about 4 hours. I went to download an app and then the screen went blank. I got the screen back to locked white screen with directions to do other stuff. So I tried the recovery mode and then the black screen came back up. How do I fix it?? Please someone help me..

How did you get the phone flashed to Cricket? We don't have much experience with that.

Pull the battery, pull the sd card and leave it out. Put the battery back in. Hold the volume down button and keep it depressed while pushing the power button for a three-count. Release the power button then the volume button.
Factory reset.
