Did you download the gapps file? If you downloaded and flashed the gapps you will have the market on your phone. We do not condone using sources that use pirated apps.(applanet).

No , Wen I Tried It Said (bad) In Parenthesis And It Said Installation Failed So Im Going to try and reinstall it

make sure you have the right gapps...

Make sure to install the correct gapps there is specific gapps for cm6 and cm7.
