Yeah it's possible. I don't have internet on my laptop so all my internet access is,from my phone. I actually just install my first ROM today. (number two #2 ROM) an IM loving it. It's everything I've always wanted in a,phone

Been doing like that since I learned how to flash roms no problems at all just make sure you always back up

You can its just a huge file to download over metro's data speed. Everyonce in a while tho you will end up with a bad download.
