Hi Everyone!

Tejer

Android Enthusiast
Well I just ordered two of these bad boys for my fiance and I at $175 each on Virgin's website. I am coming from the Evo V 4G and I am pretty excited about this phone. I'm honestly not bothered that the phone is .3 inches smaller on the screen size or anything. Here in Arizona we dont get a drop of 4G Wiimax or LTE, but hopefully Sprint's slow moving butt's will get that 3G upgraded to the LTE like they claim will be done by the end of 2013ish. Anyways just wanted to say hi to the community, I plan on helping people out best I can once I get the phone and stuff. I am not a dev at all but can offer troubleshooting and my 2 cents if it is helpful!

Welcome!!

Hope you're enjoying your Victory.. I have been :) You'll find plenty of help here. I own the phone myself, so if you have any questions just ask

That, I'm not sure. It seems pretty solid. Not sure if it's gorilla glass or super durable plastic. I haven't really thought about it. I'll see if I can't find out..

Darn you Virgin Mobile! Of course I sit my happy self down with my fiance last night to activate our phones and the ENTIRE Virgin account system is down for an 'upgrade' over the next 24 to 36 hours! Called and they simply said nothing can be done for anyone until then...wonder how that will work since my bill is due today as well:rolleyes: Hopefully I'll officially be switched by tonight.

YOU HAD ONE JOB VIRGIN!

It took about 5-6 hours for me.

That was it though. 24-36 is just an ETA to cover their butts ;)

Though I'd wait to pay your bill until AFTER its done. Otherwise you may have to call them back

I figured it was just to cover them. So far i've been locked out since about 4pm yesterday. So my 24 hour period is coming soon. The 3g on my Victory has kicked in now to try and activate the phone, but fails when I try logging in, so it should be soon...

Edit: Finally, it's official...i'm in! Really liking the Victory so far. Now once they launch 4g in Phoenix in 5 years i'll be good.
