Hi!

Hi!

I just couldn't resist the two day special Best Buy price on the LG Thrive so I picked one up today. Not having any prior Android experience, what better place to find info and help than from all the experts here. Looking forward to getting into this a bit and finally being able to talk semi-intelligently about it.

Congrats on the new Thrive and welcome to Android Forums. You will find a wealth of information about your phone here from other owners of your device. It doesn't get any better. Have fun and enjoy AF.

Thanks guys. Well...I've had a few hours to play with it and I find so far it's quite intuitive. Still a lot to learn, I know, but I'll go get some Android guides and dig in a bit deeper. I always love a new toy!

Don't think you are unique lol. Android is intuitive but you will want to check into your phone's home forum for the neat hidden tricks you might miss otherwise. Here is a link to that area: LG Thrive - Android Forums
