hi i think its a shame i have to play games to try to download synergy at the file download site if tried ten times to be f ed with each f in time . shame would like to try rom and donate to the devs but no rom just frustration im not a pin head i just dont like to b jerked around and thats what these sites do . funny u think im buying into a service that donesnt deliever and just fuc s with ur patiance and time. sorry had to b said disappointed in team synergy for this road block hope it improves, signed a 3 yr rooter

hi thanks 4 ur interest i used the link from this site roms and kernels downloads as well as links from here to xda to the uploader nite mare lol im useing cm7 nites and bouce between mikg was hoping to try viruses teams rom but not in for the site frite lol trying to link a download oh the site is www.wupload.com i think . may the force b with u on ur mision luke. lol

i found that the mirror site found HERE was a lot less complicated. after all the "upgrade here" stuff, click the slow download (right column). that did the trick for me... don't know if this helps but...

hi ya tried for the 12 th time lol must be it wont let me download it to phone i never use putas except to root and play , i download and install roms to phone from web , oh well thanks and i go to a couple forums and this one is very helpful to all i think , less short tempers shall we say

your downloading them straight from the web to your phone? have you tried going through PC and just putting it on the SD of your phone? thats what i have always done and the LITERALLY just downloaded Synergy RLS1+Godmode from the site so i know the link works fine... like i said try doing it from your PC

Yeah, I've never had any problems with any site. I got lost on the CM site once or twice, but I should have just followed the link the ROMS & Kernels thread instead of trying to find it myself. lol

hi ya was hoping for a better link oh well and ya i could start up and update everything thing running on my putas if i wanted but once again thats not the point, the point is if u r hoping for donations gor ur rom then dont burry them on sites that burry them even more while asking for money while they hold u and the rom u want hostage, after all the frustration do u think people are still going to be so happy about donating to the devs? think about it at least a sign in site like mik is better tan the jump through hoops, just me

yeah i could see what you mean but i dont really feel the same way... the download is usually just two clicks away and it doesnt take any time or frustration for me to get to the download and start messing with my new goodies!.. but like i said i could see where your coming from...

well for me all the hard work that these devs put into with these roms is well worth it. i will jump through hoops to get these roms, because without them my phone would suck. i am so grateful that the devs are still even supporting the evo. they could have easily moved on to the evo3d or something else. they really are not doing this for money. they are doing this for you guys and donating is just a way of showing appreciation. if you do not like the synergy rom then move onto something else. anything the dev communtiy needs from me i'm there.

+1 i agree the amount of "work" it takes to download these roms is NOTHING compared to the time and real work these dev's put into these things so im grateful to get what i get.... well put ocnbrze...

the devs work hard and should get some donations for there work no dispute there my dispute is putting roms on those sites that burry them and frustrate people so they get no rom and the dev no money lose lose lose for all

Are you sure you're clicking the correct "Download" button? My wife has this issue when she's downloading different types of files. She'll click on these green giant "Download" buttons, and all they are, are ads. I've had to explain to her a few times that those are just ads. And she gets frustrated because she didn't understand why they would be labeled as "Download".

Lost of people get the .htm file if they try downloading from their phone. You need to try a different browser (Opera & Firefox seem to usually work) or download to your computer.

The reason you cannot get the file downloaded onto your phone has nothing to do with the devs or the synergy rom, it has to do with your phone and the browser you are using. These devs have devoted so much free time to make something for all of us and ask for nothing in return.

If you want to donate you can, if you don't want to donate, then don't. But you can't expect a dev to put all this time into something, and then go even a step further and pay a fee out of their own pocket to host a file that is going to get downloaded thousands of time. They really don't have another option but to use free mirror sites.

True that, using different browsers is the way to go. I've been using either dolphin or Maxathon for quite some time. Downloads always are working here. In fact, I think my current rom was downloaded with Maxathon.

And about your second point, I totally agree. You can't expect the Dev to not have ads on the site either, they can't live off of donations (guessing there). I don't even know if the donations will cover the site, domain name, and bandwidth... so using mediafire or whatever is fine by me. Though, I really prefer mediafire to the others.
