My home button at the bottom of the phone does not work. Has anyone else run into this problem? Please help. Oh, and it doesn't ring at all.

Did you put shabbymod .9 slim on?

you should change that to loaded. If that isnt the case then you could have a hardware problem.

I haven't installed 9. The last one was 7. If I do a master reset, do I lose the rooting?

no, if you reset you will not lose root.

If that does not work use odin and go with the EE14 modem update and cwm and shabby kernel.

Calls made to my phone are sent directly to the recorder. Will try, thanks again. Another thing I just noticed is that when I press the on/off button, I only get the power off option, not the airplane mode or the silent option.

Ok, don't know what happened, but I turned it off and turned it back on while contacted to the wall charger and though my app icons were moved around, everything else works. So, back to normal, and thanks for the help, it is really appreciated.
