WidgetLocker. There may be other alternatives that are free. Pretty sure it is a pay app. But it is basically like a custom launcher for the lock screen.

go to the bottom of the page where it says reply click on advance and then click on manage attachments and upload your pics/screenshots (sorry I don't know how to make your pics look bigger )
