That would need to be controlled with an app like that as not everyone would want those off when the screen is off. Now in like CM7 think stuff like that could be set in the profiles.

All the source is B at the moment, haven't upgraded to C yet. Needed the phone to talk to girls on the weekend :D just in case.
 
Hey guys, just updated the kernel to 1.2. Ready to test out :) Check the first page in this thread for the link.

I've been on my extended battery for 1/2 hour and i'm still at 100% after making a 5 minute call and some light stuff so it's a good sign ;) It's still based on the B version.

Ok..will try it on my extended also..what are you going to have your min & max at K & mrpnut?:thumbup:
 
I left mine at the defaults 300ish min, 1024Max.

Let me know how the new kernel does, it's sort of experimental so it can be better or worse, hopefully better of course :)
 
k I been trying this homeless kernal 1.2 so far so good just a couple of foreclosure more than than I had with the first homeless one, but very responsive tho.
 
So far, 5 hrs and 81% left with medium usage including some 4g browsing and about 45 mins of zero signal (I was in the boonies). No issues to speak of.

@K..don't know what you did on this kernel..but no lag(other than keyboard transition from horz to vert)
5 1/2 hrs @ 76%...crazy-great work!
 
yeah this kernel is working great. faster and still has that long battery life. KEEP UP THE WORK DUDE. you just made me love my phone 1283719287389731x's more!
 
My phone keeps on turning off??? Why is this happening??? I love this kernel and I don't want to go back to the other one?? Please help any suggestions??

So the turning off only started after using this kernel or you have always had reboot issues:confused:
