Help Hotspot... doesnt work?!

when i set up my phone to use as a hotspot and connect my computer to it, it does not let me use the internet through the network. i am using a macbook pro. i access the wireless phone signal, put in my password, says its connected then nothing... internet doesnt work, e-mail not working.

anyone else experienced this?? do i need to change some settings?!

I've been using the HotSpot every day for the last 3 months and its been working great.
Have you activated the HotSpot with Sprint? There is a 30dollar a month charge to use the HotSpot. (Or, you can root).

If you are paying for the hotspot and can not get it to connect, stop by a sprint store with your mac book and phone and they will gladly help you get the two connected.
