How bright is your display?

Usually around 1/3. Lower when it's darker. All the way up if I'm outside - otherwise ya can't see anything.

I keep the LTEvo at about 40%. At 100% it's almost too bright to look at.

I keep mine on auto. Since I tend to use it more indoors, that would mean that most of the time it's pretty low.

what is Auto +5???

International LTE version has a toggle under brightness that lets you adjust brightness within a -5/+5 range when using auto.

Might be on the GT-i9500 as well, not sure.

minimum if I can, otherwise I slide my finger on the notif bar until it looks comfortable - if I'm outdoors, this is usually 100%

Indoors it's usally from 0-20%, when i'm outdoors i'll slide my finger to about 40-50%. It's a very bright screen.

Whatever works for you, at least the battery should last a bit longer.

I use Brightness Widget - Backlight! to have one button that keeps my screen at 25% but can instantly switch to 100% if I have to use the thing in the sun.

I have it set to 15 indoors and outside to 75. I use one of those slider widgets to adjust the brightness.

I use auto brightness all the time on my SGS3. I do the same on my BB Tour. My old HTC Desire Z, I manually set it to 100% outdoors, 30% indoors and 9% in darkness. My brightness on my Transformer is about 50%.

It is set at 100% most of the day and around 40% at night when I am home.

There's an annoying glitch on my Droid 4 where it mysteriously pops back up to 10% brightness from time to time even after i've manually set it to 0% brightness. Anyone know what might be the reason?
