How can downloaded apps be deleted?

I downloaded the 'Goggles' app from Android Market to my HTC Legend, and I want to completely remove it from the phone.

I have gone through the settings of the phone trying to find a way, and there doesn't seem to be an option to delete it by pressing 'Menu'.

How do I do this please?
