How can I see app version?

For some apps (no clue why) when I go to the market the app icon doesn't say "update" or "installed," even though the app is clearly installed on my phone. So, for these apps, I can't tell if I'm running a version older than what's in the market.

Is there a way to find out the app version? Not all apps have it in an "About" section of the app itself, and I didn't find it when I click on the app file in Manage Applications.

Did you use titanium backup to restore those apps on your phone? If you did, I don't think they show up as installed in the market. Same thing happenes to me when I use TB.

They should show up, mine did after restoring them. I didn't see them all the first time that I opened the market but by the second our third time they were there.

It should be in Manage Applications and then clicking the app itself. Its right under the name the version that is

If you clear your Market data in manage applications, it will rebuild based on what is on your phone. Also, like was mentioned previously, if you restored apps using TB, sometimes the market links are broken. There is a Market Doctor to fix this, but I have found that doesn't always work. Clearing the Market DB after a Market Doctor generally get's everything sync'ed.
