Root how do i buy stuff w/o google wallet

ok, so im trying to buy hidden eye plus. each time i try to buy it, it says something along the lines of wallet can be billed to sprint account. i dont really want to do that. so i go to wallet to see if i can turn that crap off and it says its not supported on the phone. fine. go back and try and buy hidden eye and say accept, says theres some sort of error and cant do anything...holy crap, how the hell do i spend money in the store?

i am rooted. nothing more then running TB

Do you have a credit card or google play dollars tied to the google account? If not, that is probably why it's giving you the option to bill the carrier so that the charge would be added to your bill.

at one point i did. maybe that card is expired. but i have never used wallet or play dollars. hell, wallet doesnt even open. wheres the 'bill this card' option?

After you click buy, it brings up the menu. Where it says bill my "insert carrier" account, you can tap that and it brings up a drop down menu. Adding a card should be the second to last option.

theres no buy button. theres a button with the price of the app, but when i click it, it goes to the sprint agreement thing and gives me an error when i try to accept

what play store version do you have? have you tried to purchase the app on your computer? you can also check your setting for google wallet on your computer as well.

the only other thing i can think of is to email the play store support team. they are amazingly good at getting back to you. i have an issue with getting movies downloaded to me og evo which is not activated, but that was not the issue. they emailed me back, and we have been going back and forth troubleshooting. they are also really cool about rooted devices as well. i would shoot them an email and let them know what is going on.
