Root How do I change icons and where can I find them?

I don't know the rom myself I mostly use AOSP Roms. I do know that Odexed is very little themeing availability and deodex is more theme-able. There are some Icon changing programs on the market you can try. You can also use a Launcher like GO which will allow you to change some Icons.

As far as finding Icons I use a lot of free ones from the net. Most were made for computers but i have not had an issue using them for the phone. I can't see paying for them when there are plenty of free ones available
 
You should be able to take screenshots with the shootme app from the market if you're rooted. If you use GO Launcher, you can download icon themes but I think that only changes app icons, not the notification/task bar icons.

You can change some icons with the app "folder organizer"
