Help how do i delete info in a app

I have calorie counter and my wife added her info. I want to delete it and start over. I dleted the app and reinstalled. I cleared the casche and deleted data in phone settings. How do I restart an app and get rid of old info.

If you are rooted you can do it in TitaniumBackUp. Click on the app and hit 'wipe data'. If you aren't rooted then there may be another way. But I don't know what it is.

I just found it :O go to settings> privacy and uncheck the automatic restore box. Hope this works
