Root how do i get the clock in notification bar back?

If you made a backup before you deleted the clock that wil work. Also depending on the rom, some rom toolboxes like liberty give though the option to restore the clock. Gl.

If you are on a theme you can open up the framework and transfer the services.jar and have it overwrite yours. Or from the original ROM if you're not themed. But like steven said going back to a nandroid would be easiest.

Wait did you remove the clock from Liberty? If so did you just use the Apex zip to do it?

There isn't anything in the Liberty Toolbox to reinstall the clock.
