Help how do i move home phone/app bar

Well I just searched around but can't find an answer. The bar for phone/apps just moved to the right side when i updated and i HATE it, it's blocking everything. Can i move it?
 
unfortunately no, not unless you are rooted. you can always change your launcher and customize how you want them arranged. i really like launcher pro, but there are others you can try.
 
Power down. Remove battery for a minute. Put it back in & power on.
