Root How do I update the binary for Super Su on the GT-i8200L

So I am a new Andoid User and Rooted my cellphone a few weeks ago, I could update the binary and use SuperSu like a charm, though now i have a few programs that need root acces and SuperSu is asking for an updated binary, tried the "normal" way but it did nothing saying it failed(which worked the first time I rooted, then there is the TWRP/CWM which reboots my system and ask for a manual update ( btw I dont know what does TWRP/CWM stands for), so I am kind of stuck now, and dont know what to do.

My cellphone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini ver. GT-i8200L with Android Jellybean 4.2.2(latest) and NovaLauncher as Default launcher.

TWRP/CWM are custom recovery modes for smartphones,Which you are going to have to update SuperSU binary.
Here is a link to the latest SuperSU binary:

Place it in the Download folder of your phone.
