How do you carry your Incredible?

Coming from a simple flip phone that I could just stick in my pants pocket and not worry about, I'm considering how best to carry the Incredible - particularly with it's screen being exposed. I have a screen protector and a rubber-type case. So, I'm curious - do people typically carry theirs in their pants pocket? In their shirt pocket? In a belt-type carrier? I've read a few posts from people who've had their phone fly across the floor ; I'd like to avoid that and scratches.

I have a zagg screen protector and silicon case and just carry it in my pocket, so far so good.

I have the "advantage" of being a woman, and my purse has a pocket on the front for my cell phone, with a strap that snaps over it to hold it in place.

That's where I carry mine.

I use the official VZW Inc case/clip thing. I -love- it. Looks awesome, feels great, solid hold.

i carry mine in a silver briefcase handcuffed to my left wrist. i have 3 armed body guards with me at all times and only my thumb print and voice identification can open the case.

Have not yet found a belt case that will fit with the silicone cover.

My husband had one of these. Exchanged it twice before giving up on it. The phone (in the shell) flew out of the holster and crashed to the ground twice.

On my Incredible, I use a Phantom Skinz (same as Zagg, but 1/3 the price) to protect the face and body from scratches, and the 'High Gloss Silicone Protective Cover' on the body for possible (short) drops.

I usually keep my phone in my front pants pocket- but I usually wear slacks or loose jeans. So far no problems with any phones I have used like this...

I also use this set up. I clip the holster to my pocket and when I need the phone, I just slide the phone out from the holster.

So far I've had mine (with screen protector/silicone case) in my pants pocket. I've had to change my habits, though, so I don't put coins in that pocket any more.
I've wondered about a belt pouch, but worried about the phone not fitting in it with the silicone case (as posted above).

Go to the VZW store and check them out. I wondered same but it fits fine. The ends of the case have some elastic bands so it will stretch a little. With gradient case its a nice snug fit so it won't slip out. Has a magnetic cover flap. Works great.
