Root How to boot into CWM on LG Connect??

Stupid question, I know. This is my girlfriends phone and I installed a ROM on it a long ass time ago. But I'm updating it because this thing randomly reboots 24/7, so I figured I'd try a new updated ROM.

Except I can't figure out what the damn button combo is to boot into CWM for this particular phone, can't find any info anywhere. lol

Any help would be appreciated. BTW there isnt a "Reboot to Recovery" option in the shutdown menu

Volume up + power or volume down + power? Maybe both?

Or possibly home button mixed with the combos?

I don't have the device, so just throwing some guesses out

Power + Both = nothing
Power + VolDown = weird factory reset message <--- i remember some phone you had to do this but it didnt actually factory reset... is this the right way for this phone? or will i nuke it?

Hmm I'm not sure, Google search just came up with both volume buttons down and power should bring you to fastboot and says you should be able to select recovery via fastboot.

It doesn't give you this option?

But yeah I wouldn't select fr from there.

Okay I grew impatient so I gambled. The voldown + power brought me to "Factory reset? Press power again to confirm" so I confirmed it and threw the dice.

Luckily, this brought me to CWM. All is well now, but thank you for your time and input!
