Root how to change boot animation?

can someone please give me a step by step on how to change my boot animation.....I want it to say drrrrooiid when booting up, and any suggestions of a cool boot animation would be awesome!

Allso if you have icarus 1.1 you will need to do this...had to add a few lines to buildprop but it works....now all you do is create bootStrapSound.ogg and put it in system/media/audio/ui.

but add these lines:
ro.config.hw_isninecell=true
ro.config.hw_bootSoundValue=3.0
ro.config.hw_hasbootsound=true

Do I have to do this if I am running CM6? cuz I can't get it to work, and I followed the directions in the video. Also, where do I add these lines? I was able to change the boot animation, but i can't get it to say drrrooiiiid...

with root explorer you have to open the build.prop, but with cm6 i never got it to work, only with icarus when i use to use icarus...

when i use the bootloader and check the load screen i want it says downloading but doesnt go any farther, just says sending request

The underlined line is not needed, it has nothing to do with the sound
