Root How to change "metroPCS" pulldown, on Broken out Rom 1.1

I can't find the eri.xml file to change the text.... I've notived the VSW is coded into the Rom, so I assume it's cooked from the sister to the Esteem..
what is the name of the File that contains the code for the Text?
there is no "eri.xml" in the whole system. (the stock file I'm looking for)

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't MT remove the carrier bar from the pull down on his broken out rom?

Just in case I'm wrong, I'm order to change the text the eri.xml as to be added. Check the ATR guide and there is a link that shows you how.

Like he said. It has to be added. I think you add it to data if Im not mistaken.

you can get the eri.xml from here thanks to V SuperUser V. and yeah it goes in /data/

Yea I hadn't noticed that... I was running GSEII before when I changed the Eri.xml....

ok so after placing the zip in /data and editing the text (yes all 3 are the same) ..... I rebooted and it did nothing. However the next phone call I received instead of having my ACStestringer.oog sound it was the camera shutter sound over and over and over.. This could be from something else but it happened right after I placed the .xml in data.

Anyone else been able to get the pulldown and lockscreen text changed on broken out V1.1? please share.

Refer to my original thread. On stock lockscreens my mod changes both pull down and lock screen carrier texts. If your using AOKP lockscreen there is a different mod on the ATR.
