Help How to create custom picture folders? (TIP: Use a file manager to create folders)

I'm trying to use the MultiPicture Live Wallpaper app to get different wallpapers for each of my screens but I can't figure out how to create a new folder to put those wallpaper pics in.

Any do this with the LTEvo yet?
 
I agree this should be in one of the built in apps, but I've not found it.
You can use a File Manager app (Like ES Explorer or File Expert) or an Picture Gallery app, (QuickPic can create folders)
 
I thought you couldn't do it but you can!!!

I opened a pic
Hit more on the bottom
Hit move to
Hit new in the right corner

And started an album!!

If this is old news, I'm Sorry.
 
This is probably due to the jelly bean update. I'm still on ICS and that option is not avail on the stock 4G LTE device I'm using.
