How to do "One Click Lag Fix"?

Hey guys,

I just got the Fascinate and it's a great phone but I have noticed some lag in opening up some applications and basic home screen scrolling. I heard about the One Click Lag Fix without rooting the phone, is it easy? I'm too afraid to root my phone since I'm not really educated in terms of those kinds of "techy" things. So yea, can someone help me out to do this One Click Lag Fix?

To be honest Lag Fix IMO doesnt really fix much if anything. Sure your Quadrant scores sky rockets but real world use changes are minimal.
Also Im not aware that the SF has One Click Lag Fix non-rooted yet. Everyone I know who has done the lag fix was first rooted.
Its not quite as intimidating as you think.

You need to root to use the lag fix. I personally have no lag on my phone although I installed it anyway just to remove the last little lag that may have been on the phone. Rooting is very easy there are a few step by step methods to use.
