i need help really quick.. i want to flash " nonsensikal " ROM on an eris. is there a quick and simple way to do this? i am rooted, and have the zip ready to go. please help thank you!

Root how to flash a custom rom?

Haven't seen you around the Eris forums for a while
(but have in the X forums)--welcome back.1. Make sure your ROM is in the top-level directory of the /sdcard
2. Boot into custom recovery
3. Make a Nandroid backup of your current setup
4. Do your wipes (data/factory reset and optionally, Dalvik-cache if the dev indicates that its needed for that ROM--won't hurt if you do anyway though)
5. Flash your new ROM
6. Reboot
